Paneer Kulcha

The dough, typically made from wheat flour and yeast, is leavened and rolled out before being stuffed with a filling made from crumbled paneer mixed with spices such as cumin, coriander, garam masala, and chopped cilantro. The stuffed kulcha is then cooked in a tandoor (clay oven) or on a griddle until it becomes golden and crispy on the outside while remaining soft and fluffy on the inside.
