TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.1 Welcome to Rushlane (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”). These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of our website and the services provided
therein.
1.2 By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or
application platform.
2.1 Rushlane provides an online platform that enables users (“you” or “users”) to browse menus, place orders and arrange for the delivery of food items from local restaurants. It also enables the user to book a ride (pickup & drop), use logistic services and rent bike and scooters.
2.2 Our platform acts as an intermediary between users and restaurants, facilitating the ordering process and providing delivery services.
3.1 Base Delivery Charge
A base delivery charge of 30 Rupees will be applied for orders and services within a 2-kilometer radius from the selected restaurant, including the pickup and drop location.
3.2 Platform Fee & Service Charge
A platform fee and service charge of 50 Rupees will be applied to all orders and services.
3.3 Additional Distance Charges
For orders exceeding the initial 2-kilometer range, an additional charge of 10 Rupees per kilometer will be added for each extra kilometer beyond the initial 2 kilometers.
3.4 Total Charges & GST
The total delivery charges, including base charges, distance charges, and service fees, will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. An 18% GST will be applied to the total delivery charge.

4.1 To place an order, users must create an account on our platform. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself.
4.2 Orders can be placed by browsing the available restaurants, selecting desired items from their menus, and adding them to the shopping cart.
4.3 Users are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including the delivery address and contact details, to ensure successful order fulfillment.
5.1 Payment for orders, including delivery charges, can be made at the time of placing the order.
5.2 We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, Upi Payments and cash on delivery, subject to availability and regional restrictions.
5.3 All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners and sensitive financial information is encrypted to ensure confidentiality.
6.1 Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as order
volume, traffic conditions, weather conditions and restaurant preparation times.
6.2 We strive to deliver orders in a timely manner and will provide users with
estimated delivery times during the checkout process.
6.3 Users will receive notifications regarding the status of their order, including
confirmation of order receipt, order preparation, and delivery dispatch.
7.1 Refunds are subject to our refund policy, which is outlined separately on our platform.
7.2 Users may cancel orders under certain conditions, as specified in our cancellation policy.
7.3 Refunds for canceled orders or order discrepancies will be processed promptly in accordance with our refund policy.
8.1 We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our
platform or services.
8.2 Our liability for direct damages shall be limited to the total amount paid by the user for the particular transaction giving rise to the liability.
9.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
9.2 Continued use of our website after any modifications to the Terms shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
