RUSHLANE CANCELLATION POLICY

Overview

This cancellation policy outlines the conditions under which a customer can cancel their food delivery order, including timeframes, potential charges, and the process for cancellation.

Cancellation Timeframes and Fees

  1. Within 5 Minutes of Placing the Order:
    • Fee: No cancellation fee.
    • Refund: Full refund will be processed.
  2. After 5 Minutes and Before Order Preparation Starts:
    • Fee: No cancellation fee.
    • Refund: Full refund will be processed.
  3. Once Order Preparation Has Started:
    • Fee: 50% of the order total.
    • Refund: 50% of the order total will be refunded.
  4. After Order is Out for Delivery:
    • Fee: 100% of the order total.
    • Refund: No refund will be processed.

How to Cancel an Order

Customers can cancel their orders through the following methods:

  • Mobile App: Navigate to the ‘My Orders’ section, select the order, and click ‘Cancel Order’.
  • Website: Log in to your account, go to ‘My Orders’, select the order, and click ‘Cancel Order’.
  • Customer Service: Call our customer service hotline at 91 8131841342 or email us at support@rushlane.net.
  1. Processing Refunds
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  • If the payment was made via cash on delivery, a customer service representative will contact you to arrange the refund.

Exceptions

  • Incorrect Orders: If the order delivered is incorrect or items are missing, customers can contact customer service for a full refund or re-delivery of the correct order at no additional cost.
  • Late Deliveries: If the order is delivered more than 35 minutes past the estimated delivery time, customers are eligible for  a discount on their next order.

Return Policy:


Quality Issues:
Customers have the right to request a return or refund if they receive food items
that do not meet expected quality standards. This includes items that are stale,
spoiled, undercooked, overcooked, or otherwise not fit for consumption.
Customers must report quality issues within 24 hours of delivery. Photographic
evidence may be required to substantiate the claim.


Incorrect Orders:
If customers receive incorrect items or if items are missing from their order, they
can request a return or replacement. Customers must report incorrect orders within 24 hours of delivery. Clear documentation, such as a photo of the received items, may be requested.


Damaged Packaging: Customers may request a return or refund if the packaging of the food items is damaged upon delivery and compromises the quality or safety of the food.
Reports of damaged packaging must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Photographic evidence may be necessary.

Expired or Spoiled Food:
Customers have the right to return or seek a refund for food items that are expired
or spoiled upon delivery. Reports of expired or spoiled food must be made within
24 hours of delivery. Customers may be required to provide photographic
